Once your date is secured, we’ll work closely with you to finalize details, confirm guest count, and customize your menu as needed. Any additions or changes will be discussed in advance so there are no surprises—just great food, great coffee, and a stress-free event.
- A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
- Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days before service.
- Additional service hours, menu upgrades, and travel fees may apply.
